I'll be honest, I was worried when I started down the path to refinance with Nationstar. I didn't pick them the first time around; they bought a bunch of mortgage loans from B of A a few years back, including mine. A couple of years ago, I started getting notices that I should consider refinancing with Nationstar through its sister company (Greenlight Loans). I read some pretty bad reviews out there about the experience and avoided it for a while.
Then, this June, I decided it would be worth trying. Best decision I could have made! Daravon Chanthapadith and Keri Welch were professional, kind, diligent, knowledgeable, and so much more. They made sure I understood all my options and never pressured me.
Oh, and having a closing attorney come to us rather than having to go sit in an office for hours? Amazing!
Overall, this went well beyond my expectations and I enthusiastically recommend them.
