My wife and I just finished our refinance. NationStar was our current loan servicer and the company we refinanced through them to lower our interest rate and cash out a bit. We received news that during a loan mod we had done with BofA was not filed correctly (two loans mod into one). Title still showed BofA had one loan and NationStar had one, BofA sold mod to NationStar, but never took themselves of the title or file the correct paperwork clearly releasing themselves from the second lone. Cindy Dang and Sodanny Pic worked diligently with BofA to correct the issue. My rate was extended free of charge and correct paperwork correcting the issue was completed by them. Thank you so much for helping me through a stressful process.
