Refinanced - Hooray!

Shout out to Alex Reyes and Ariana Solis who made this entire process easy. My husband and I have tried to refinance twice in the past and while upfront seemed easy and we were reassured along the way not only did the refinancing not occur, but communication broke down in the end with poor follow up. Alex began this process by stating he hoped he could change our minds about Mr. Cooper and even if the loan did not finalize, at least we would know what was happening every step of the way. He delivered on his promise and then some. Ariana towards the end of the loan called, emailed and left messages giving us regular updates and requests and follow ups. Yes, the loan was approved and funded, but the process itself was excellent thanks to the two of them.
