Rita Lim and Juan Huerta were wonderful to work with during my refinance process in March 2017. They communicated consistently throughout the entire process. Thanks to their explanations for delays and frequent status updates, they took all the stress out of my refinance. Rita even reduced the loan fees to ensure that I would only have to bring a very minimal amount of cash to the closing and to secure the subordination of a 2nd mtg holder. I did not care for the closing agent that came to my office to close the loan, but that is no reflection on Rita and Juan.
