I worked with Karen Collier and Jesse Oropeza and they did an amazing job of making this process as smooth as possible. There were a few hiccups along the way but they stayed in contact with me and were very prompt at responding to any questions I had for them. I am still not sure I like the new name of the company but I am very impressed with the other changes so far. If you want a good company to work with for a new mortgage or a refinance, I would definitely recommend Nationstar Mortgage (Mr. Cooper).
