I would like to thank Nationwide Lending, and specifically Broker Rick Vadas, who was the most professional and knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with in the mortgage profession. Mr. Vadas was always willing to answer any question I had and explained everything to me in detail. I felt that Mr. Vadas really went out of his way to make sure that I received the lowest rate possible on my refinance. And that fixed rate loan that was secured exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Mr. Vadas and Nationwide to anyone that I know that is looking to either refinance or get a new mortgage.
