OK, I wish there was a zero star rating, this company is ridiculous. I went back and forth with a consultant from this company before making my decision to choose neighbors moving and storage, and had made the mistake of not reading any reviews.. My consultant was extremely good at making me believe this company was the best choice I could make. We had planned for my things to be picked up from NY on July 2nd and moved to KY by July 3rd! A one day difference from pick up to drop off. So when the 3rd came and passed and my belongings weren't in my possession I called the company. When I asked to speak to my consultant, they told me he had been fired. The man that then helped me, acted like I was an idiot for believing my things were going to be here within one day of pick up, and then said I had an attitude, ( I wanted my things, and was told I would have them ) so I asked to speak to a manager and the man then forwards me to my previous consultant who he knew had been fired.. so I called back and got a manager on the phone , who made promises that he would personally help with my move, he did not. He never got back in touch with me like he said, and never returned my calls after that. SO I try again and speak to another consultant, who also promises to get back to me within the next few days with information, and she also did not. My stuff did not show up till July 21st. about 3 weeks after i was told it would be here, no one ever contacted me and I'm still baffled that this company is even legit. I would recommend going to any people but these people. There sweet talkers in the beginning and then don't meet any of your needs after you've already paid your deposit. Do not trust this company! Worst experience of my life, I'm moving MYSELF next time with a u-haul for sure. It is not the companies fault that there was a mix up between me and my first consultant, but then when i needed answers and assistance, someone should have assisted me and they all shoved me to the side. i wish i had something nice to say but i just DONT.
