I had a horrible move experience with Neighbors moving and South Moving Transportation. Things arrived at my new home broken. The movers did not show up until 9 PM, when I was told they'd be at my residence beofore 6 PM. I am still waiting for a refund from Neigbors as well. They were supposed to transport my car, they took the deposit for that ASAP. When my plans changed and a car transport was no longer needed, I let Neighbos know, I am STILL waiting for my refund. I've emailed them with not response, I've called daily only to get the run around.

This rebuttal is for the complaint by "Anthony A.". We will like to investigate what happened in the relocation. We will like "Anthony A." to tell us his last name or his job number so we could look into his order for service and determine if a refund is due. They can either contact us to provide the information or they can post the information on this site and we will address it.
