Worst Move Ever

DO NOT USE NEIGHBORS MOVING AND STORAGE!!!!They are the worse moving service ever. I hired Neighbors for a move from Lubbock Tx to St Peters MO. I stated that I needed to be out of my place on Oct 31. They noted this in the system, however mover did not show up until 11/01. After showing up a day late they arrived with a truck more than half full. Needless to say all of my things did not fit on truck. I had left for the drive to St Louis when I found out. My landlord had to be contacted to allow me to leave my things until they could get another truck. They initially said it would be a day. However they said it would be a week later. My landlord was trying to rent the house, so after the 3 day I had to hire a local party to move and store my things until the next moving company could pick it up. Due to this inconvenience my previous landlord has not returned my deposit. I am now out of additional $1000 due to this situation. This move cost me over $3600.00, they said it would be less than $1500.00. They do not return calls and handle things very unprofessional. Managers do not call you back and are not available. The movers that they use are not professionals and are people that I would not normally allow in my house. I repeat DO NOT USE NEIGHBORS MOVING!!!
