I would actually give ZERO stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They steal from people. I was given a quote of $254 ($100 of which I pre-paid). They called me the day before and requested that the balance be paid in cash on the day of (now
I know why). On the day of the move, the head mover had me fill out and sign all the paperwork ahead of time and said we would figure out the money afterwards. At the end of the day, he said I owed $270 instead of the $154 balance. He gave me some explanation
how the time went over. So I paid the difference of $270 in cash. He would not give me a receipt, saying he had to re-fill out the paperwork to include the extra time. So my stupid fault for not insisting that I got this. On Monday, I called the office because
this all seemed fishy. The invoice was turned in at $254. So the movers pocketed the extra $115 cash, plus the tip I was nice enough to give them!! They will not refund me the money because the guy just filled out the amount next to where I had signed after
the fact. So leasson learned. Never use this company, always get a receipt and REAL COMPANIES DO NOT WORK WITH CASH!!!!! John Flucker was the name I was given of the guy. From the Pompano office. Beware if you see him. He will steal.
