Both Josh Klein and Shelby Roth of Network Capital Funding Corporation were a pleasure to deal with. They were very nice and patient considering we had to collect A LOT of information for my HELOC. Even when communication started to get a little muddled in the end and I was no longer dealing with Josh directly, I called him to see if he could get involved again to help fix the problem. Josh got his manager involved and the problem was immediately resolved. I have been in customer service for many, many years and appreciate the additional effort that Josh and then later Shelby put up to help me close my loan. Thank you!
