Network Capital was extremely professional in handling my refinance needs. My hesitation to provide personal information over the phone was understood and the officer I worked with Raphael Fajardo, provided information to me until I felt comfortable moving forward.
We have been trying to refinance our primary for quite sometime, but due to the fact that I had a short sale on a previous investment property, most officers I spoke to immediately declined to help me. He was able to lower my interest rate but the most outstanding part, was he listened and examined my situation when other people would not. I hope his superiors take this into account on his quarterly review.
