I have been receiving lots of calls (for my landlord I assume) from mortgage companies. I am currently renting and Andres Ramano at Network Capital was the only one to take the time of day to let me know what the process for purchasing home is since I want to stop renting. I am not ready, but thanks to Mr. Ramano I know what the steps are and will be sure to call him when the time comes!
