Mortgage Refinance eliminated Mortgage Insurance

I tried other lenders, and since my credit is borderline it was
difficult to get refinanced. Most of them told me " NO " in the
beginning, which was o.k. but one company said no problem had me
pay for Appraisal 399 $ and after 4 weeks of waiting they let me
know that it was not possible. Gabe Perkins checked first if I
will be approved and then went ahead with the loan process.
I only wanted to get rid of my Mortgage Insurance but they were
even able to get me a better Interest Rate.
I did not had to pay for 2 months and that gave me a nice chunk
of money into my pocket.
