I have done numerous loans in the past with my investing company, and I dreaded every purchase. Fedex overnight this and Fedex overnight that. Tons of paperwork was never fun. From the very beginning Jolene was professional, courteous and friendly. In all my years she was the best loan office I have ever dealt with, and that is not said lightly. The electronic signature feature really helped in saving a tremendous amount of time. Look, everyone's situation is different but if you come into the process prepared, know your Fico, know your credit report, you will have a smooth process. Thank you Jolene for the best experience. This refi was important for us as we have had this house since 1998 and we actually lost it once through an illegal foreclosure by BofA, sued them and got our house back. SO to be able to refi, pull some money out, and finally fix up our house to what we want is a true blessing!
