I did write an original review on this company with flying colors. After we closed on the refi and equity line I than received a bill in the mail from my county stating that we were short on our taxes. How do you think this could have happened you ask? Our lender grossly over looked the actual cost of our taxes by only basing them on the LAND and not both land and house. All he had to do was look at our county's tax site. He promised he could keep our mortgage under a required amount a month before we closed and actually talked me into borrowing more. Now we are stuck with an extra 204.00 a month and they can't do anything except say sorry. Be careful when you refi with this company! That was supposed to a one star.. three star default was all that was aloud.
