I will highly recommend New American to my friends and family. I had the best experience with my mortgage refinance last month.
Two years ago I refinanced my mortgage and it was a complete nightmare. It has taken me two years to recover financially. With New American it was such an easy and professional experience. From my first contact with Luke Aumiller, to David Marinez, Paul Stafford and Grace Housworth it has been nothing but amazing. Everything was so easy to do with their website, and I was updated every step of the way as the loan progressed and was finalized.
My hope was to get out the adjustable rate that I had from the nightmare company (Omni Fund) and just get a fixed rate again. I got my fixed rate, and they were also able to lower my interest rate as well. New American truly took a huge weight off my shoulders and helped me every step of the way to get this done.
