To Nick Do, Christine Nguyen, and all their wonderful behind-the-scenes team members, thank you! My fiancee and I bought our first house, a beautiful townhome inside a spectacular community! It was the culmination of a dream I had 8 years ago, when I decided to go back to school to be able to realize better opportunities in life. Having been the first person in my immediate family to go to college or even consider buying a house, this process was very foreign to me and, oftentimes, intimidating. However, Nick and Christine made the process so simple and extremely pleasant! They held my hand through every step of the way, and answered countless questions, emails, texts, and phone calls. And they did so with a smile (sometimes a digital smile!) every single time and with a willingness and dedication to not let me go until they were absolutely sure my concerns were vetted completely and questions were answered thoroughly. Their predictions of pricing, what I should expect, timelines, etc. were all amazingly spot on, even MULTIPLE months in advance. Nick and Christine initiated countless emails and phone calls, keeping me up-to-date on progress and putting my mind at ease that they were working tirelessly on my behalf. I really cannot stress enough how easy they made my life and how much more knowledgeable I am of this process due to their guidance and coaching.
Nick and Christine (and team!) are more than just my home financers, mortgage lenders, or bank; they are a small extension of my family. My fiancee and I consider them friends, and we developed very strong relationships with them over the past 7 months. Our conversations were often very informal, full of humor, LOL's, funny emoji's, etc. We have built a lasting relationship with Nick and Christine (and, by extension, with New American Funding) and we look forward to a very bright and rewarding future together.
