I was in a position where I needed to close a mortgage with two weeks or I ran the risk of loosing a deal that already has $ 15,000 plus in equity. Susan Webber and her team at New Day came to the rescue.
From the date of application to leaving the office, closing on the mortgage was just under three weeks. Being in business for myself further complicated the issues but Susan keep pushing and pushing to get the necessary documents and managed to get New Day's approval and a closing date established.
