I was surprised to be able to refinance my mortgage less then a year after buying my home. New American Funding was able to lower my payment $197 a month and drop my interest rate from 4.75 to 3.37%. This whole process was done electronically and was very easy. Cheri Lawin & Tami Whitford were very easy to work with, I would recommend this company to anyone.
