I believe I started my program with New Era Debt Solutions in 2006. I was told the average program takes 3 years to complete. I had recently been divorced with a new home, two children to support and debt up to my eyeballs.
After starting the program I was relieved after some time to not have creditors constantly trying to collect. I found with my money being freed up and not having to pay exorbitant amounts of money to my creditors - I still had trouble paying New Era. In fact one day I received a notice in the mail stating I'd been kicked out of the program for lack of, and insufficient payments.
I immediately got on the phone and was put back in the program with some hesitation and warned if I didn't comply with their requests I'd be out again and that time for good!
In 2010 I was called to duty with the National Guard to Afghanistan. During my tour it was easy to set up electronic payments for my account, and money was plentiful as I had no place to spend it while there.
While there, I was in contact with their representatives often. In fact, with one lady in particular I became friends via the internet, even though we had never met and were 1/2 a world away from eachother. She even sent myself and fellow soldiers (around 34!) Christmas gifts collected by all who worked in the office!
Another individual who settled my accounts worked diligently with my creditors. Only closing accounts for me when the lowest posible amount was agreed upon. I spoke with several New Era employees and ALL of them were kind, corteous and professional, dealing with my issues in a timely manner.
I'm proud now to announce I'm debt free and I COULDN'T have done it without the help from my friends at New Era.
Being a service oriented world, I have only the highest regard for the folks at New Era Debt Solutions. The patience, professionalism and willingness to work with me and my personal situation has proven them to be a most deserving business of praise and gratitude.
