We recently finished paying off all of our debts with the help of New Era Debt Solutions and especially our account representative Derek Dempsey. We got into debt from a business partnership that went south and we ended up with most of the debt on our personal credit cards. We tried to negotiate with the credit card companies ourselves, before we had missed any payments, etc, but to no avail. New Era Debt Solutions took over for us and negotiated settlements with each of our 4 credit card companies and saved us over $20,000. We feel good that we did not take the bankruptcy road. Our credit is now slowly starting to improve and they also took care of the very stressful phone calls from the collection agencies. My wife and I appreciate New Era Debt Solutions help and have no problem recommending them to others that do want to pay back their debt, but are not getting any assistance from the credit card companies.
