I wrote a review of New Era Debt Solutions a little over a year ago. At the time it appeared that New Era Debt Solutions, although doing several things that I liked, was still just another Debt Settlement Company that focused on making money. That review caused Dan Smith (Owner of New Era) and I to have some pretty heated exchanges in the comments of the article.
Over the course of a year I closely followed New Era and could clearly see that they were doing things that put their customers first but were having a difficult time competing against settlement programs that would routinely lie to consumers just to make a sale.
After visiting the New Era corporate office, meeting the owners and staff personally and closely watching their business practices for over a year now, I can comfortably say that New Era Debt Solutions absolutely operates in a way that puts their clients bests interests ahead of their own.
You will find that there are not very many debt settlement companies I can speak positively about, New Era is one of the few exceptions.
