I've only been with the company a few months but I have found that when you build relationships with the people in your upline there is really no reason that you can't succeed in this business. I am a Realtor and came in to the mortgage business with no experience as a loan officer and EVERYONE that I have worked with on my loans has been extremely HELPFUL.
There is EXCELLENT training provided to those who will take it. If you put time and effort into the business you will succeed. Yes we do communicate ALOT via email because technology makes that the easiest and fastest way to get a hold of people, however, anytime I have ever had a problem I have ALWAYS been able to pick up the phone and talk to someone. I am thankful to the person who introduced me to the business. I look forward to changing people's lives with this company.
