I was sad I couldn't choose Zero or Negative stars for this company. Nexon is the worst company in America, no doubt. The BBB needs to re-evaluate them now that they have gotten worse. They should be a -F on the scale. They leak customers information to hackers using the Maple Trade System and Facebook Adventures pages (Know of this through the forums), they may possibly sell user information to third parties as I read a post (on the forums) about a guy getting a HR Employment offer email using their Maplestory name. They have cheated customers out of MILIONS of dollars and put almost nothing into upkeep. Please get them re-evaluated by the BBB and have the BBB LOOK AT THE NEXON AMERICA FORUMS. They wouldn't get any higher than an F that way. They need to step up their standards or be closed down. Me and my boyfriend have both spent a hundred dollars on the company for in game cash and we are worried out information is compromised.
