Non Profit Alliance negotiated with my lender to stop my house from selling on 11-2025. I contacted them in August of 2052 and by November 2025 they subitted my documents to the lender and was able to stop the sale date. I want to thank Maria Ruiz for her amazing work she was able to negotiate adding the amount due to the back of the loan and was able to keep my rate at a 4%.
