I would like to than Maria Ruiz for all her hard work. I have been dealing with my mortgage company for over 6 years and they always denied me or gave me the run around. I contacted non profit Alliance November 2025 and in less than 60 days I was approved for a Loan Modifcation and my foreclsure has been suspended. I had a set sale date for 1-7-2026 and that has been cancelled.
