This non-profit is an ABSOLUTE God Sent! We had NO idea that an organization such as this existed. We were already at the bottom and sinking deeper every day. We had exhausted all of the resources that we knew of and on the brink of giving up. No one cared and nobody wanted to help. So we thought. Stumbling upon an unexpected referral from another organization, we reached out to NACA. Since the day we made the first phone call, my shoulders felt lighter and I felt like I could breathe easier again. Manny Ruiz was our personal advocate and our experience has been so pleasant with him! He helped us walk through everything, each step of the way, answering all of our questions timely, politely and professionally. He made a very stressful situation, so much lighter to tackle when we were feeling so deflated. I’m hopeful that anyone reading this review thinking that this is another ‘you don’t qualify’ or ‘we can’t help you’ situation, will pick up the phone and give them a call. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them and our advocate, Manny Ruiz.
