OGPlanet.... Oh, OGPlanet.... Well the first thing is that some of their games are really fun. I especially enjoy Rumble Fighter, but the problem with it is that OGPlanet doesn't seem to be doing much to fix the game. It lags and disconnects all the time. The astros (OGPlanet's paid virtual currency) are so annoying. They basically spit in the face of gamers who simply do not have the money. The average exocore is around 170 astros. There are some that are 210, i think thats the most expensive. Guess how much you need to pay for a decent exocore or scroll (fighting style)? $10. $10=200 astros. so basically if you want to have a variety of items and fighting styles in the game, you need to be willing to put down hundreds of dollars. Anyway, back to OGPlanet itself, i HATE their customer service. i HATE HATE HATE IT!!!!! I reported to their help desk that most of my items were missing. that was summer of 2008. Guess when they replied? Summer of 2011. Thats 3 years. And its not even a good reply, they reset my password and sent me it through email. Ok now i dont see how this has to do with anything, because obviously i can get on my account if i sent it through their help desk using my account. So i go to log in, and what happens? tells me the password is wrong. The password they game me. Was. Wrong. So i am currently trying to get my password back on two accounts they did this to, and i am growing increasingly ticked everyday. The "forgot password" thing isnt working, it says im not putting in wrong information???? Really? So annoying, im putting in my correct id and my email. I completely despise their customer service. Why couldnt Rumble Fighter belong to, say, Nexon? Or any other gaming company >_>
