This game company is full of fail. They do not respond to questions if an actual response, they either A: Send an automated response or B: Copy/Paste an answer.
If this company wants to get more customers and players, they need to get their act together and actually care about their customers. They let hackers, gold sellers, and botters run free. Many people have had their accounts hacked, which they spent money on, they didn't get their stuff back, they got an automated response from the help desk.
I do NOT recommend this company to anyone, mainly because they too blinded by Dollar Signs to care.
