This online gaming company has miserable customer service and technical support. Their servers were hacked and dozens of players have recieved a virus that allows for hackers to infiltrate the accounts of many paying customers. It has been two weeks since the servers were hacked, and not only are people continuing to get hacked, but OGPlanet has done nothing to remedy this problem or compensate the people who fell victims to the hackers. If you call their phone number they direct you to an online support center which is has been inoperative for 2 weeks. This company seems to be understaffed and clearly does not have the technical support to deal with anything outside of the day to day norm of buisness operation. The company's lack of action in response to a crisis shows its potential for growth, or should I say, complete lack thereof. Paying customers are turning elsewhere by the truckloads and still this company is doing nothing. If anyone who reads this plans on purchasing goods or investing in this company I hope you heed my personal experience and reconsider how you spend your money.
