I have played this game from OGPlanet for about 6 months now. I have only experienced goods things from this company. Yes its true they have some problems but people have to realize that OGPlanet only hosts the game and a different company made the game, makes the updates and writes the code for the games. Whenever OGPlanet has a problem with the game they have to report it to the maker of the game and they come up with the solution and send a patch for the problem. It is a fre to play game which offers premium services and virtual items to enhance gameplay but is not required to play the game. It is true that some people have experienced loss on Alz(In-Game currency) because of some sort of hacking within the game, but only a very few.This happens to every MMORPG game and Cabal is no different. But people have to understand that just a very few have experienced this and the company even warns no to use 3rd. party programs,ie:hacks,cheats bots. Some say that OGPlanet has poor customer support and no technical support. But some of this reporting is done because guilty people try to cover up there failure(they have been caught using hacks/cheats/bots or buying Alz from Alz selling companies) which is a clear violation of the ToS that everyone agrees to when they sign up for a account. The people you want to make complaints to is ESTSoft which makes, maintains and codes the game. I support and commend OGPlanet for doing their best to run a gaming community to the best of its abilities.
