The game that OGPlanet hosts are very enjoyable to play, but it is quite unfortunate that the staff members are unable to keep the games maintained and their customers happy. Many a times, support tickets go unanswered if it concerns issues that compromises their outer appearance of being a commendable game host. The game seems to be run by prepubescent, unprofessional game moderators who do not concern themselves to have any respect towards their player-base. Instead of help, most of the new players will probably be faced with forum trolling game moderators who are quick to put down their players, and egged on by their voluntary "game advisors". Most notable of such actions are taken by their game moderator who goes by the forum name "support054", whose forum post should really be written down as examples of what support representatives are NOT suppose to act. Overall, you will enjoy the game, but if you run into any trouble, you will NOT be helped. Instead, you will be made fun of and humiliated.
