They are so annoying! They wont stop calling u and keep on asking for refferals! U guys should have a wall clock in front of u! 2 am?..... Heloooo!!!! They let me buy this kata notebook and now i am asking for a refund since i didnt like it. When i talked to an agent she told me that they will process the cancellation and im going to have my full refund back and when i called the customer service and talked to an agent named jennylyn she told me i cant get my money back since it was already processed but they have this thing called CANCELATION so i started arguing with her.. What is the cancelation for if im not gona get my money back she knows nothing about their return policy im so pissed! She puts me on hold everytime i ask a question and keeps on changing her statements from time to time and now i can refund my money with a %15 cancellation fee!!!
