I called Optimum First Mortgage because I saw there excellent rates on Bankrate.com I then read several of the mortgage specialists bio's on their website. I am very particular with who handles my rifi's since I used to be a mortgage consultant myself.
I finally called Lee Glen because we had several commonalities and I wanted to hear his spiel. Upon calling him he was very knowledgeable, forthright, honest and down to earth. I was very comfortable working with him for my refi transaction. Lee was very competent, thorough and quick. He kept me informed throughout the process and would always follow up with me. I was more than pleasantly surprised how smoothly my mortgage was handled and approved. I highly recommend both Optimum First Mortgage and Lee Glen! I can not see my 15 year loan going below the 2.875% that I now have, but if it did I would not hesitate to call Lee Glen again!
