He explained everything patiently and thoroughly, and since I have very little experience with this stuff, I really appreciated that. He returned my phone calls and emails promptly, and called me when he said he would, keeping me up to date with every step of the process. When some numbers needed changing, he did that quickly and without complaint as well. He even checked in after everything had gone through to make sure we had no remaining problems or questions.
