I contacted Optimum First Mortgage on 8/21/2017 to find out if I could refinance my condo. My loan closed 12 business days later! The agent handling my loan, Tara Schuster, is absolutely fantastic. She is organized, responsive and thinks outside the box. She even responded to my questions in the evenings and weekends, though I told her she didn't need to do that. She also had to go to bat for me a few times and in the end, she saved me $470 per month on my monthly mortgage payment. I am extremely happy with her and the others involved in my re-fi and would highly recommend her/Optimum First Mortgage to anybody looking for a home loan.
