Optimum First and Mark Alderton ROCK!

I worked directly with Mark Alderton. He is responsive and was able to cover all of my loan costs and also get me from a 4.875% to a 3.875% loan. This saved me about $300 per month and I am adding that to my new mortgage payment. With this savings added to my principal payment I am turning a 30 mortgage into a 22 year mortgage! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that Mark likes to do business the old fashioned way communicating by phone and I prefer handling details via emails and text messages. Mark did accommodate me when I made this request.
