Aloha- I had THE BEST experience with Brandon Castaneda and Eminence Escrow [John]. From my first email to the company to the funding of my loan was less than 4 weeks. A far cry from other companies-the last re fi I did in June this year with another company took over 11 months!! And the escrow co failed to send out the funding when they said they already had, which caused me hundreds of dollars in late fees among other issues-in short the other company lied. NOT TRUE WITH OPTIMUM FIRST!!! Brandon was up front and clear about Everything!!! No surprises-he and his team (Juli) worked out any hiccups that appeared so that I funded on time-Eminence Escrow company was on spot! Communication with BOTH escrow and Brandon was SUPERB and ALL questions and concerns of mine answered immediately. I have had my home over 20 years so have refinanced several times--NEVER HAVE I HAD IT BE SO SMOOTH,DRAMA FREE AND QUICK!!! I will NEVER consider using anyone else in the future and I HIGHLY recommend you call Brandon if you want GREAT service that GETS QUICK RESULTS!! Mahalo-PMW
