Ditto to previous comment.
We purchased some Rings for out daughter's for Christmas. When our order arrived and we opened it, we had junk. When we called them back, they told us they couldn't send our original order until we either placed another order, or sent the other box back. They would not provide the return shipping label either, but they would refund the shipping once they received it. I'm not stupid, I know that they will never send the original order and they will never admit that they received the order we sent back. Now we have to try and make the $400 back with the junk they sent us.
