I was on my computer looking for government grant, and sign up for a program with Pacific Capitol Associates online, I received a phone call from Albert Cohen who introduced himself investor broker, he said that I had qualified for a government grant in the amount of $60.00. In order to get started I had to sign and initial a welcome letter and all the document to Agreement terms, which he email and I sent back in the mail. He said that I had to paid the sum of $465.00 for the cost of grant writer to assist me in writing the grant Mr Albert Cohen at 310-499-0231 ext 264. Since I sent him my a cashiers check for $465.00, I have not heard a word from Mr. Albert Cohen. Mr Cohen will not return any of my call, and I want him to sent my money back in the amount $465.00 for misleading with your service. I really do not appreciate the way I have been treated by your company. Mr Cohen stole my money and use your company to do it.
