We had our carpets cleaned by Pacific Carpet Cleaning, but they were not able to remove any of the stains. Within 1 week, our stairs were just as dirty as before the cleaning.
I notified the company of the problem and requested a refund or for our stairs to be re-cleaned. I left multiple messages but never received any phone calls back. Their customer service showed no concern over the quality of their work nor the satisfaction of the customer.
I recommend using a different company or cleaning the carpets yourself.
