FALSE ACCUSATIONS

I am Patrick Carmichael the CEO of Pacific Trading Academy. We have been in business for 15 years with over 7,500 people going through our program, with many resigning because of the positive experience. I see 3 complaints on this site that I will address, but let me point out that when there are 7,500 participating and you have just a few complaints then you doing EXCELLENT business. Now I care about each & every student that is in our program. My reputation is stellar & that is important to me. We are always watching our students progress & we keep detailed notes of our interactions. In the case of Tushaar - we accommodated him with a special deal, only $1000 down & if he made money he would continue. We did him a favor & then the first 3 trades made money & he reneged on the deal. He got his money back, no problem & then writes a negative review & states things doesn't even make sense. Hey thanks a lot. I'm afraid to say he has a communication hindrance. Next is Ken R from 2014. We never neglected to refund ANYBODY that was unhappy with ANYTHING. It's not worth having a bad reputation. That has always been the model. Our students prosper so these are just false accusations. And my reps are intelligent & very polite. Last here Larry S from 2014 {had to look up the notes} We tried to contact him many times. He never contacted us back. He dropped the communication. One thing I must state about one on one education...you cannot be trying to tell the mentor how to trade. We have a toll free number. We are always hands on and we are always well mannered, courteous & respectful...and anyone who says otherwise just isn't telling the truth...and we have 7,500 people that would disagree.
