This company was very slow in collecting and giving my company any feedback. Once they collected the money (supposedly) they've been too busy to get the money to me. Their explanation is that they were swamped. It took me a month to get them to call me back with that explanation. I am still waiting on my money. All they have to do is to send me a form, and it's going on a month and a half since I requested this form so they will release the funds to me.
I can't get anyone on a phone at this company. I keep leaving voicemails on every line I can get, and sending emails to all addresses that I have. Still no response. I wish that I had read their BBB score before signing anything with them.
