After exhausting our efforts with our Lender we decided to investigate on finding a legitimate Loan Modification Attorney that would represent us on modifying our loans. When we decided to sign up on late December 2008 with Parsa Law Group they had a good rating on BBB. Our loans went through 4 processors. I was wondering what is there reason for switching processors every couple of months. We submitted everything that is needed to modify. When I had try to modified my loans with my Lender it took total of 3 months for them to give me a Plan. After phone calls which always ends up with leaving the processors messages and trying to track them down to get questions answered that I became impatient and frustrated. We decided on August 2009 to say give us our money back. Parsa Law Group had supposely started submitted our loans on January and nothing happened 8 months later. That is ridiculous!! Not one single plan to negiotate with my Lender. If Parsa Law Group is overwhelmed with so many clients then they should hire more processors so that the agreement when we signed up is valid.
