This company engages in fraud or bait and switch as a rule. I should have believed all the negative posts on google/yelp, but made the mistake of giving them a chance. First, the staff never returns phone calls, ever. I left a total of 14 messages, none of which were returned. They contract with insurance companies to service clients as per their contract, and refuse to work on your teeth unless you agree to their demand for more money for the far more expensive teeth/crowns they want to sell you. Therefore, a crown that should cost 167 per contract, will cost you 1100. You agree to pay that or you are out. I am filing complaints with ADA, and Ca. Dental Board. I am also speaking with an attorney regarding this matter to see if we can start a class-action suit. Avoid this office at all costs.
