Do NOT do business with this company. Do NOT be fooled by their employees posting good reviews for them. IT IS A SCAM. They list on Craigslist and try to hook you into going into their office and paying cash only. They will hand you worthless listings and give you a serious attitude when you demand better service. Trust me. I testified against them for the California Realty Board last year. If you have complaints against them contact the California Dept of Realty office (http://www.dre.ca.gov/) as well as Los Angeles Consumer Affairs. One of their numbers is 626-285-1881 but if in doubt check a listed number on Craigslist and if you see multiple listings for one number stay away.
