Playerauctions support is a joke

Recent issues with their customer support (or lack thereof) have prompted me to change my initial review of this site whom i have been a customer of for many years, to the management of Playerauctions you all need to stand up and take some accountability for the actions of your support staff, or train them to read and comprehend written english. When you have buyers who are purchasing accounts and are buying them WITH insurance and you then judge account reclamation claims in a seller's favor who are banned on the site, this is NOT GOOD BUSINESS, and its not good customer service. It should not take people coming to sites like these to warn others to have someone do what should have been done initially to help the customer.
I will add any dispute i have opened due to a seller reclaiming their account (ie stealing it because at that point its theft) has included pictures and emails clearly showing evidence that it has been stolen. More often then not the support group (again what a laugh) cites "compelling evidences" if you people dont accept screenshots/emails from the game company/ and well frankly simple logic (ie banned seller on YOUR SITE) as evidence then maybe you need to re evaluate your standards.
