I am a single mother of twin boys with Cystic Fibrosis. I have 3 kids total. I came to find this company through the Internet. I am now almost 3 years after I filed bankruptcy when I was just informed about my association still charging me while my condo was still in foreclosure through the banks the next 2 years. I asked my lawyer through Price Law Group, Inc. Several times about my HOA still charging after my filing through the courts. I come to realize that I was misinformed by my lawyer. I now know that you shouldn't file till after the bank takes back your house. I had several people offer me short sale and he specifically said no. They can have it when the bank takes it over. Now 3 years later I am now in debt again for $11,800.00 for the HOA fees the 2 years the house sat empty. I choose to move out because of my kids I didn't want to have them lock us out. I'm very upset when I call back to Price Law and they tell me that yes I was going to continue to be charged the HOA after I filed till the bank to back the house. VERY disappointed that my lawyer Kian Mattahedeh never told me that I was still going to have to pay! So now I am in debt again due to his incompetence and seriously pissed about it! I trusted my lawyer to let me know after I asked 2 months after I filed and asked him why I was still being charged by the HOA. His answer was "Don't worry about it, I will handle it!"

A very disappointed single mom whom is now getting her wages garnished via her work to try to cover debt for something that was supposed to have been "taken care of"!!!!!!!
