Recent Refi Experience

I was working with another company on a VA Streamline Refi when someone referred me to Mr. Keith McKay and Prime Choice Funding. Keith was unbelievable responsive, immediately answering every email and phone call (even late evening and weekends)usually within minutes of sending him one of my many questions. I was honest and upfront and told him that I was already working with another company to Refi, but if he could beat that deal I would use his company. I gave him my loan information and he he worked up a program for me and sent a GFE. The Refi that Keith proposed was much better, not adding a single dollar to my loan and skipping two month payments. I was skeptical so he went line for line with me explaining how and why PCF could beat the pricing I was initially offered, which I thought was already very good. The final test was when I sent my first agent Keith's GFE, and after a long review, he said and I quote, "this is a great loan, you should take it." The rest of the process went as smooth as the initial encounter and everything Keith promised was exactly the way it happened. Both Keith and Bob the loan processor were very responsive and always available for questions and always had immediate answers. This is by far the best Refi experience I have every had. And between my properties, I have Refinanced six times. I have already referred four of my personal friends to Keith and his team to refinance with them as well. They are definitely worth staking your reputation on. I will continue to recommend this company in the future for all my refinance needs.
